Death Game: Beyond the Door, the Heart's Way Home

This is a deadly survival game in which doors are prisons, and an even more ruthless experiment in which a System carefully cultivates the most extreme emotions. Ling Jiu Shi, a down-and-out game designer, and Ruan Lan Zhu, a mysterious Door-Crosser, first meet in Snow Village and test one another. Together, they brave uncanny worlds such as the Mirror Corridor, the Opera House, and the Flesh Art Museum, struggling to survive amid rules and taboos. Gradually, they realize that the most dangerous threat isn't the ghosts behind the doors, but the “Creator” watching from behind, intent on refining their love and hatred into sustenance. When the truth comes to light, they choose to wield each other as blades and strike back at the heart of the System. They won't flee, but conquer; they won't be devoured, but use love to rewrite every rule.
