The Marquis of Zhenbei’s Mansion: Jin Zhi Yi

The century-old Northern Marquis’s estate appears splendid on the surface, but beneath it, undercurrents run deep.

The legitimate eldest daughter, Xiao Jinwei, is poised and sensible, using her sunny disposition to dispel the darkness. The concubine-born daughter, Xiao Jinyue, is cautious and clever, enduring hardship to find a way forward. Though they should have been rivals, the two gradually grow closer amid the family’s crisis.

When the second branch covets the family fortune, cousins conceal their ambitions, and turmoil at court spills into the household, the sisters each take charge: one builds alliances through marriage, while the other restores order within the home. There is no scheming against each other, only cooperation and shared success; no rivalry draining their strength, only devotion to the family’s greater good.

This is a contest over the family’s legacy, and a showcase for women’s wisdom. See how the two gems of the marquis’s estate weave a new future for a century-old clan with their brilliance and eloquence, joining their branches like a pair of trees intertwined.

Household intrigue is not about competing for favor, but about the art of managing a family;

sisters need not be enemies, they can grow together like intertwined branches.
