I Became a Deserter in the Three Kingdoms

In a chaotic age, the world doesn't need heroes. It needs people who can run fast.

The late Eastern Han dynasty was plagued by one natural disaster after another.

Droughts and floods ravaged the land, and locusts swarmed so thickly they stripped even the bark from the trees.

The people were starving, their eyes bloodshot with hunger, while the officials did nothing but collect taxes.

Then someone shouted:

“Heaven is dead. The Yellow Heaven shall rise!”

And just like that, the world descended into chaos.

That was the year I was swept up in the turmoil.

I don't want to be a hero.

I just want to...

Survive.
