The Moon in Mr. Xu’s Heart

Core tropes: Wealthy families | Reunion after years apart | Healing and sweet romance | Devoted couple with a happy ending | Business and the workplace | Two equally strong leads

Six years ago, at the graduation ceremony of St. Sancia University, Xu Yanzhou spotted a girl with a radiant smile in the crowd and fell for her at first sight. At the time, he was the Xu family heir about to leave for overseas, while she was the Lin family’s beloved daughter, unaware that he even existed.

Five years later, twenty-seven-year-old Xu Yanzhou returns in triumph. In the heart of the composed, self-controlled young master of the Yuanzhou Group, a light named Lin Zhouzhou has always shone. By then, Lin Zhouzhou has become a capable general manager at the Rongsheng Group, bright and resilient, and still as kind as ever. A business partnership brings their paths together once more.

He carefully works his way into her life, soothing the hurt left by a past misunderstanding with unwavering trust and a firm choice to stand by her. When Chu Siyuan, who has secretly loved her for years but drifted away after a series of misunderstandings, finally withdraws in sorrow, Xu Yanzhou remains at her side, her most steadfast harbor.

From a family of scholars to the turbulent business world, from love at first sight to a lifetime of companionship. He says, “Lin Zhouzhou, it took me five years to reach you. For the rest of my life, I’m here for you alone.”
