Chen Xuan transmigrates to Lulusia, which is about to be destroyed by the Mother Flame.
Thinking he is as good as dead, he binds himself to the One-Punch Man System and starts training like a madman, becoming the target of ridicule and humiliation by everyone on Lulusia.
It is only when a Celestial Dragon tries to kill him and gets slapped flying, and CP0 surrounds him only to be punched into a mist of blood, that the people of Lulusia realize who they can depend on.
As for the Marine Admiral Akainu, who comes after him for killing a Celestial Dragon, Chen Xuan casually throws a punch. Akainu is killed instantly.
Chen Xuan then has a Marine Vice Admiral tell Imu that if she doesn't want the whole world to connect the development of the Mother Flame, rising sea levels, and the disaster of the world being submerged, she should pay him tribute.
Imu, who accepts tribute from countries all over the world, can only pay tribute to Chen Xuan to keep him from exposing her plan to drown the world. Imu is deeply frustrated, and the Four Emperors are stunned.
