Genius boy Sun Cheng'en once entered the star-studded halls of S.M. with the distinction of ranking first in both looks and singing. But an accident cost him his chance to debut, and he left S.M. filled with bitter regret.

In 2009, he made a surprise entry into CUBE's debut lineup. As lead vocalist and visual, he became the core of the beast-idol group BEAST.

Under the spotlight, he swept through the music scene with the group, earning countless accolades. He also set off sparks of chemistry as part of “Trouble Maker,” and built a reputation for OSTs worth listening to, including Moment and Beautiful. His solo albums STAR and Kaleidoscope showcased his diverse talents. When their contracts changed, he and the other members joined forces to establish their own label, putting him in charge.

From a disheartened young trainee in the SM practice rooms to the creative force carrying his team's musical banner, Sun Cheng'en forged an undying star through sweat and tears.
