From the Start with Blood Saber Techniques, I Become a Cleaner in Hong Kong Cinema

Chen Jiajun transmigrates to the Hong Kong crime film universe and becomes a disposable undercover cop at the bottom of a gang.

On his first mission, he's about to be hacked to death when, in his despair, he awakens the [Sinister Justice System].

His beginner reward, the Blood Saber Technique, lets him carve a bloody path out of a pile of corpses and instantly earn a fearsome reputation.

But the undercover missions assigned by the System grow increasingly bizarre, and the rewards take an even stranger turn:

Phantom Yin Finger, Bone-Melting Cotton Palm, Five Venomous Palms, Ice Soul Needles... They are all the most sinister and ruthless martial arts from Jin Yong's world!

System: "Fight poison with poison, and judge the guilty for their crimes. Use the darkest moves to kill the most evil people."

From then on, a legend that struck fear into the hearts of all spread through Hong Kong's underworld.

A deranged crooked cop suddenly "commits suicide out of guilt," a drug lord "unexpectedly" drops dead in his own warehouse, and the head of a human trafficking ring dies a gruesome death in a "gang dispute"... Each bizarre death looks like an accident, yet carries the chilling air of karmic retribution.

Big B pats him on the shoulder. "Ah Jun, you sure know how to play dirty. I like it!"

But Chief Inspector Wong Chi-shing of the Serious Crime Unit keeps his eyes fixed on him. "Chen Jiajun, who's going to be the next 'accidental death'?"

Chen Jiajun lights a cigarette and looks out over the city, where neon lights dance with crime.

On his left palm, strange patterns left by practicing sinister martial arts silently spread.

"If sunlight can't reach every corner, then let the shadows deliver justice."
