Seven-Foot Space

My nose felt sore after reading the beginning. Eighty-year-old Zhang Shouquan fled the crowds and indifference of the city with his baggage and returned to his hometown. What greeted him was a coffin built by himself. The days of returning to my hometown are one funeral after another, and the questioning of "the old man has no one to rely on" again and again. There is no golden finger, no counterattack, only the simplest pain and questioning: How should we face aging? How to say goodbye gracefully? It's too real, too heart-wrenching, and has too much staying power.

This is the first time I read this type of work, and I was attracted by the author's unique narrative ability and sophisticated writing style. As the saying goes, it is better to have peace of mind than to worry about the four seasons, things, and all kinds of luxury. In the ordinary, there are luminous works.

A very nice modern novel. The author looks at his life from the perspective of the protagonist in the book. It feels heavy and profound. The author has great imagination, plot and writing style. I give it five stars! Give it a push!
