The Otherworldly Judge: The Story of Fang Yun's Growth

When Fang Yun woke up, he found himself in Lingshan County, a small town of 300,000 people. Fang Yun was a low-ranking office worker earning a meager salary, and he liked reading mystery, supernatural, and detective novels in his spare time. Then one day, he received a call from his hometown saying that an elder from his village had passed away. Fang Yun had often visited the elder's home as a child. At the funeral, Fang Yun thought he saw the portrait blink. Thus began his journey of judgment... and his reflections on human nature, society, and reality...

By day, Fang Yun worked at the office. At night, he investigated cases in another world. Each case was an unsolved mystery that had remained unresolved for years. Drawing on the experience he had gained from reading novels in his previous life, Fang Yun gradually solved each case. Every case he cracked earned him a reward, and that reward was legal not only in the other world but also as income in the real world.
