World: Boundless

Mo Zhong was diagnosed with cancer at the peak of his career. To fulfill his childhood dream, his friend Wang Keshen used his connections to have him cryogenically frozen and launched into space. Against virtually impossible odds, he reached the Explorers, a civilization seeking to transcend this three-dimensional universe.

Because of Mo Zhong's unusual consciousness, the Explorers gave him a body representing the pinnacle of their technology. Mo Zhong suspected that neither his cancer nor his encounter with the Explorers was a coincidence. It was inevitable.

With this question in mind, Mo Zhong began his journey through the cosmos, searching for other lifeforms with unusual consciousness like his own, and seeking an answer to how he might transcend this universe.

But that answer seems endless.
