Manager Xiao! Stop Pretending, Your Heart Is Showing

[Two female leads + cool, aloof older woman × straightforward younger woman + mutual healing + slow-burn comfort + love growing over time] Fan Weihe first sees Xiao Oubai at her family's crystal shop and falls completely in love at a glance, giving her heart away for a lifetime. Desperate to get closer to the icy Xiao Oubai, Fan Weihe does everything she can to join her company, becoming her subordinate. Xiao Oubai remains distant and impossible to approach, until one day downstairs, Fan Weihe grabs her with red-rimmed eyes and asks, “Manager Xiao, do you really... not feel anything for me at all?” Unable to resist her feelings any longer, Xiao Oubai finally responds. But afraid that public opinion and family pressure will ruin Fan Weihe's future, while still wanting to honor the feelings in their hearts, she agrees to a relationship on one condition: “We'll end it in a month.” Fan Weihe's cousin, Lu Kenan, interferes. Xiao Oubai ruthlessly sends her away ahead of schedule, leaving her with just one line: “I've lost interest.” For two years, Fan Weihe struggles again and again with pain and resentment, believing they will never meet again. Until they cross paths once more at an industry banquet. With her arm linked through the man beside her, Fan Weihe looks up at Xiao Oubai and smiles brightly, yet distantly: “Let me introduce you. This is my boyfriend.” But in Xiao Oubai's eyes, there is a flash of the same pain Fan Weihe feels.
