Why Does a Private Company Like Yours Need Hypersonic Missiles?

“Name?”

“Chen Yu.”

“Why were you arrested?”

“I said I built a 25-Mach cold-chain delivery rocket to keep lychees fresh, but you insisted it was a missile...”

In the interrogation room, Director Zhang Shaozhong of the Strategic Deception Bureau slams the table as he looks at Chen Yu's aggrieved expression:

“25 Mach? A skip-glide trajectory? Stealth at the terminal stage? One shot, one kill, enough to wreck the Japanese aircraft carrier?”

“And you call that a rocket?!”

Chen Yu spreads his hands helplessly. “Director, business is tough. If we don't deliver fast, the customer will leave a bad review.”

After obtaining the [Black Technology Modification System], Chen Yu's whole approach changes.

To get internet access to his village, he launches a “quantum communications satellite” and hacks the world's firewalls along the way.

To make it easier to check the weather, he develops a “weather control device”** and accidentally causes a thunderstorm that floods the Yasukuni Shrine toilets.

As the whole world panics, the Foreign Ministry calmly issues a clarification:

“Please do not panic. This is merely an ordinary private company owned by me testing a new robotic vacuum cleaner (Gundam edition).”
