Wukong Defies Fate: The Chaos Tribulation

After the Buddhas were enshrined at Spirit Mountain for ten thousand years, the golden fillets fell silent. Beneath the Three Realms shrouded in Buddhist teachings, undercurrents had long been surging. Arhats have vanished, the Underworld is in turmoil, and golden pills have been stolen. The pilgrims who once journeyed west each conceal their own secrets, while suspicion clouds both the Buddhist and Daoist realms. A crisis that could overturn the order of the Three Realms is quietly approaching. The Bull Demon King reappears, an envoy of chaos descends, and ancient secrets come to light. The truth about the Four Monkeys of Chaos, the mystery of Wukong's origins, and the shocking secret that the Three Realms are a prison are revealed one by one. From Flower-Fruit Mountain to Mount Buzhou, from Chang'an in the mortal world to the vast sea of stars, the Victorious Fighting Buddha casts off his robes and dons his armor once more. With his former master and disciples and divine allies at his side, he shatters chaos with his Golden Cudgel and defies fate with his own body. In the desperate moment when the gods fall, he breaks free of every definition and proves the Dao through strength, reshaping the Three Realms into a new order.
