Global Bounty: The Last Nuo Mask Master

"Global Bounty: Find Someone Who Can Wear the Zhong Kui Mask. Reward: Ten Million."

A mysterious bounty turns Chen Mo, the owner of a struggling video store on the verge of closing, into prey hunted by every faction. He only wants to save the Nuo opera of his hometown before it vanishes, but accidentally discovers that the tapes he collected captured a "ghostly singing voice" that should not exist.

Even more dangerous, his partner, the girl Yuan Changge whose singing can awaken memories, is the "seventh person to wear the mask" named in the bounty.

Corporate giants want to turn Nuo opera into a fashionable specimen and promote it worldwide. But Chen Mo knows that what they are protecting is not a performance, but the final heartbeat of a civilization before it falls completely silent.

With the world's cameras trained on them, they choose to put on the masks.

In the heart of a neon-lit city, they summon the gods and take the stage.
