Gu Qinghan works as a tomb keeper. His usual way of dealing with living things is to kill them with a glare.
Then he meets Wen Shishu, the underworld's KPI-obsessed Matchmaker.
“Hey, handsome, your red-luan star is deader than the person in that tomb!” To boost his numbers, Wen Shishu makes Gu Qinghan his top matchmaking case.
And so Gu Qinghan's daily life becomes a whirlwind of being ordered around by ghosts to hit on people, reciting love lines in the tone of someone paying respects at a grave, and, at every socially mortifying moment, being treated to enthusiastic applause and a scathing review from the Matchmaker himself: “No wonder you've been single for three hundred years!”
At last, Gu Qinghan can't take it anymore and throws a punch. The two of them tumble straight into a thousand-year-old coffin.
There's no treasure inside, just a letter from the tomb's occupant: “Thanks for coming to keep me company.”
Amid the daily chaos, Gu Qinghan discovers something even more terrifying:
Compared to those handsome men being forced on him, he seems to want to... strangle the annoying guy right in front of him.
Or he could kiss him to death. That works too.
Can't read! Too deep!
