One Piece: Comparing Two Voyages, This Luffy Is Far Too Cautious

The Age of Piracy, on the eve of the Summit War.

Two enormous screens suddenly appeared in the sky, forcibly launching a comparison between two pirate worlds!

The screen on the left showed the original world:

The protagonist, Monkey D. Luffy, was hot-blooded and reckless. Though blessed with incredible luck, he was always teetering on the edge of disaster. He set sail in a barrel and charged headlong into every problem. Shanks lost an arm for him, and Ace died taking a punch meant for him, leaving countless people heartbroken.

The screen on the right, however, showed a parallel-world Luffy:

He awakened a maxed-out level of comprehension as a child, understood the dangers of the sea, and lived by the motto, “Never do anything unless you’re sure you can pull it off.”

At seven, he mastered all three types of Haki and turned the Lord of the Coast into sashimi to serve with Shanks’s drinks!

At seventeen, he set sail with mastery of navigation, swordsmanship, and hand-to-hand combat. He even built the “Most Evil Straw Hat Crew” from scratch, a crew that made the World Government tremble!

He made his moves in the East Blue and recruited a Warlord without spilling a drop of blood. He put the World Government to shame with a trial at Enies Lobby. And the Summit War? It wasn’t an execution ground, but his coronation as Pirate King!

Sengoku: “Damn it! Why is the Straw Hat kid in that world even harder to deal with than an Emperor?!”

Garp: “Wahahahaha! Now that’s the kind of grandson I always wanted! What a guy!”

Shanks: “Um… I just wanted to deliver a straw hat, but he knocked me out with his Conqueror’s Haki when he was seven?”

Ace: “So in that world, not only did I survive, I became one of the Four Emperors?”

As the two Luffys were compared on screen, the whole sea went crazy: Please, let us go be his crewmates in that world!
