Songs of the Southern Chu Journey

Shen Zhiyan is just a village boy who dreams of making something of himself.

Determined to join the Eastern Sect, he does everything he can to stand out. At last, his remarkable hat-catching skills and a single “righteous declaration” earn him the chance to become a disciple.

He thinks this is the turning point of his life, never imagining it is the beginning of a nightmare.

His “outstanding performance” accidentally offends the young prince, and a hidden mastermind takes advantage of him, pushing his sect to the brink of ruin.

As a storm of blood and violence approaches, Shen Zhiyan clenches his fists.

“I just wanted to learn a few skills and survive. I never realized I was already caught up in this scheme.”

Watch as a boy who tries far too hard to become someone’s disciple tears through layers of deception and carves out his own path in the martial world!
