Chronicles of the God Hunt

A witch hunter is nailed to a cross and stabbed in the back by the Supreme Witch. As Frigg and Isis hover on the brink of death, they knock on Hell’s door with three offerings: the blood of their enemy, a witch’s heart, and an immortal soul. In return, they receive a soul pact with Papa Legba, the god of death! “Fifteen minutes of the Supreme Witch’s power is enough to slaughter every enemy I have!” Isis burns her soul as an offering and trades an eternal vow of servitude for Frigg’s one chance at survival. Sacrificed by her closest friend and betrayed by her own kind, Frigg falls into another world with the remnant soul of the Supreme Emperor’s Heart. There, she becomes a sacrifice to a small town and has a demon core forcibly implanted in her, turning her into a “monster with mismatched hair.” The Hunter Organization’s brutal modifications and the deadly rules of its trials force her onto the path of demon hunting. But no one knows that what beats in her chest is not merely a demon core, but also the legacy of the Supreme Witch’s Emperor’s Heart. Nor do they know that she conceals not only her identity as a witch, but also two deadly weapons: the Witch Hunter’s Demon Eye and the Resonance Sword. The Demon Mist Forest is rife with danger. Demon hunters of her own rank watch her like hawks, while demons roar, hiding their lethal intent. Frigg keeps her strength hidden, purifies her demonic power with the Emperor’s Heart, and relies on her two secret trump cards to survive each crisis, transforming at the very edge of life and death. “With my soul as the pact, demons as my blades, I hide my edge and bide my time, all so I can break through!” When blood stains her mismatched hair and the Emperor’s Heart fully awakens, she will tear apart every shackle. She will be both the Hunter Organization’s destroyer and the Supreme Witch’s gravedigger!
