I Restored an Ancient Guqin and Became the Big Shot's Beloved

To cover her mother's astronomical medical bills, Su Wan works by day as an inconspicuous, lowly cleaner in an office tower, and by night as the mysterious master "Xunyin," idolized by everyone in the guqin restoration world. She thought she could keep her double life under wraps, until she accidentally took a job from the company's top boss. Gu Chaoci, the dignified, untouchable Buddhist gentleman who rules the capital's elite circles, is cool and abstinent, yet obsessed with "Xunyin," the master guqin restorer. He spends a fortune and puts out a bounty across the internet, all to bring "Xunyin" out of seclusion to restore a peerless guqin passed down through his family. Everyone at the company knows Mr. Gu is looking for someone, but no one knows that the elusive master is Su Wan, who quietly collects their trash beside their desks every day. One day, Mr. Gu watches the security footage of that frail figure, alone in a corner, effortlessly solving a problem with ancient wood that had stumped even the top experts, using a pair of exquisitely beautiful hands. His gaze darkens. He corners Su Wan just as she gets off work.

"Master Xunyin, I've had such a hard time finding you."

Su Wan: "???"

Who are you, sir? I make three thousand a month and just want to earn enough to save a life. Please leave me alone!

Gu Chaoci, wearing a cold expression: No.

The guqin is mine, and you have to be mine too.
