In ancient times at Zhuolu, Chiyou's resentment gave rise to the Wu Clan. The Yellow Emperor forged the Twelve Zodiac Armors and gathered twelve warriors to seal away the Dark Side, guarding it with their flesh and souls for a thousand years.
In modern Jiangcheng, archaeology student Lin Feng unexpectedly awakens the Rat Armor, bringing ancient secrets back to life. The seal on the Dark Side weakens, bone-corroding Wu warriors burst from the earth, and sinister energy sweeps across the human world. The ancient duty of protection now falls to a new generation of Zodiac Armor bearers.
Twelve heirs to the bloodline emerge one after another: Wood slips through the shadows, Fire scorches the heavens, Water surges forward, and Metal anchors the mountains. The armors evolve through successive forms, and the five elements unite to overcome every obstacle. Then the Four Symbols Armors of the Dark Side appear. Are they enemies or allies? The sealed Wu Clan is not entirely evil, and a new generation of Wu practitioners wielding the power of the Azure Dragon, White Tiger, Vermilion Bird, and Black Tortoise struggle between hatred and conscience.
Time flows differently across the two worlds. The Nian Beast is absorbing negative energy and is on the verge of breaking free, while the Dark Yin Wu Venerable lays a sinister spell array. The human world stands on the brink of disaster.
When the power of the Zodiac and the Four Symbols finds balance, and the will to protect breaks through the shackles of darkness, Lin Feng will lead everyone in awakening Xuanyuan's ultimate form. With armor as their blade and their bloodline as their oath, they will safeguard peace in both worlds and uncover the secrets behind a seal that has endured for millennia.
But at the end of this battle, an even greater cosmic crisis lies in wait. The gates of the multiverse will eventually open to the Zodiac Armors.
This was an idea I had after watching Armor Warrior, Kamen Rider and Super Sentai when I was very young. It was so naive that I only wrote the outline. When I have an idea for a novel, I just write it out. One day when I get rich, I want to take pictures!
