Zhu Xian Zhang Lu

The story of "Zhu Xian" follows Zhang Xiaofan’s path to immortality. When he was a child, a flood struck his village. Rushing waters burst through the riverbanks and soon submerged the entire village. Zhang Xiaofan lost his parents in the disaster and became a homeless orphan. By a twist of fate, he encountered an immortal cultivator and began his journey to immortality.

The heroine, Lu Xueqi, is Zhang Xiaofan’s senior fellow disciple. Because of his poor aptitude, Zhang Xiaofan was mocked by others. Lu Xueqi was the only one who never laughed at him. She encouraged him and always stepped forward to help whenever he ran into trouble, for which Zhang Xiaofan was deeply grateful.
