I Only Wanted to Guard the Server Until It Shut Down, but Was Forced to Become the Undying King

[Potential for a Million-Word Epic] [People's Overactive Imaginations] [Dual Protagonists] [Invincible Protagonists] [Comedy] [Overlord World]

When the countdown to the game's shutdown hit zero, my hapless buddy and I transmigrated along with our entire max-level guild!

I was a conscientious wage-slave skeleton, forced to play the part of a grave and imposing Demon King. He was a troublemaking slime who loved a good laugh, disguised as a peerlessly beautiful goddess, and he kept adding scenes for me every day!

I pluck a blade of grass, and an A-rank monster explodes on the spot. He casts a first-tier spell, and the whole crowd cries out that they've witnessed a miracle! We do our best to act like newbies, yet keep putting on world-ending “miracles” without meaning to.

Looking at the group of level-100 NPCs before us, who constantly imagine grand schemes spanning ten thousand years and whose loyalty is off the charts, we face the ultimate dilemma: should we confess who we are now and get turned into holy relics, or... keep performing in this divine epic? We're waiting for an answer. It's urgent!
