After the Black Lotus Is Bound to the Saintly System

Only after Su Jin died did she learn that she was the vicious legitimate daughter in an old-school tragic romance.

In her previous life, she mistreated her half-sister, framed princes, and poisoned her stepmother. In the end, the male lead ran her through with a single sword thrust, and her corpse was left hanging on the city wall for three days.

Reborn, she smiled. Perfect. This time, she’d be even crueler, more venomous, and utterly ruthless.

But as soon as she opened her eyes, a mechanical voice boomed in her head:

[Saintly Savior System successfully bound]

[Host’s previous-life sin score detected: 9999]

[Mandatory mission: clear your name and become the most saintly person in the kingdom; win over all your former enemies]

[Failure penalty: instant death, with your soul scattered]

Su Jin looked at her trembling half-sister, her stepmother pretending to be frail, and the male lead who would one day kill her with a single sword thrust

System: [Please hug your half-sister and say, “Your big sister loves you.”]

Su Jin picked up a pair of scissors and held them to her throat. “Either you unbind me, or I die right now.”

The System fell silent.

Three seconds later, it switched to a different voice: [...Host’s extreme resistance detected. Activating backup plan: Villain Redemption Program]

[New mission: reform all the villains and build a harmonious society together]

Su Jin looked at her own vicious smile in the mirror.

“You should’ve said so sooner. Getting them to be good people is a lot easier than making me a saint.”
