The Top-Tier Star's Revenge

He is Lu Bufan, the top-tier star adored around the globe. With his godlike beauty and gifted acting, he has captivated three billion fans worldwide and built an entertainment legend without precedent or equal. On his twenty-fourth birthday, he stands on the stage for the world’s most prestigious film award, radiant and admired by all.

Yet at the height of his success, he drops a bombshell on a global livestream: “My name isn’t Lu Bufan. I’m not twenty-four, either. I’m a forty-year-old woman. My real name is Chen Er.”

The revelation sends shockwaves around the world, leaving everyone stunned. Then an even darker, bloodier story slowly comes to light. Fourteen years ago, a carefully planned revenge began in secret. Chen Er once had a happy family. Her husband was a driver for a wealthy businessman, and their child was clever and adorable. But when her husband accidentally witnessed the businessman rape and murder a young actress, their entire family was slaughtered. Both parents and their young child were brutally killed.

But fate let Chen Er claw her way back from the brink of hell. With a blood feud weighing on her, she made a wild decision: through excruciating cosmetic and sex-reassignment surgeries, she transformed her twenty-six-year-old female appearance into that of a ten-year-old boy. Under the fabricated identity of “Lu Bufan,” she entered a talent show, became an overnight sensation, and stepped into the glittering, bizarre world of show business.

For ten years, she played the perfect idol beneath the spotlights, walking on eggshells at every step, every smile hiding blood and tears. She climbed to the very top of the industry, all to gather enough power to tear the darkness apart.
