Ultraman: I Betray Them from the Start and Build a Shadow Empire

The protagonist, Ye Lan, is put on trial for secretly researching the “Dark Radiance Core,” a fusion of an alien Reiblood’s genes and the energy of the Plasma Spark Tower. Facing a sentence of exile, the protagonist laughs wildly and activates the Dark Radiance Core, defeating Taro, who has come to escort him, in front of everyone. He then steals some of the Ultra Key data and, amid the shock and fury of the entire Land of Light, tears open space and vanishes.
