Time’s Judgment: Hunting a Killer

A serial killer known as “The Clockmaker” appears in Binhai City, targeting people with moral stains who escaped justice. At every crime scene, the killer leaves behind an antique clock pointing to the time of death.

Haunted by past trauma, detective captain Lu Chen teams up with Su Qingyuan, a criminal profiler seeking to clear her sister's name, and Zhao Lei, a technical specialist. As their theories collide, they discover that the serial murders are tied to the old grievances and corrupt exchanges of power and money behind a young woman's fall from a building five years earlier.

Faced with targeted retaliation by the killer and obstruction from both a mastermind behind the scenes and a mole within the police department, the three overcome technological barriers and threats to their lives. They probe the limits of justice and vow to uncover the truth behind the Clockmaker's manipulated crimes, clear the name of the wrongfully accused, and bring the guilty to justice. The clock ticks on; judgment and redemption are separated by a heartbeat.
