I Slipped from the Start and Stole the Ball from Messi

Cheng Ran transmigrates into the body of an amateur footballer and gets bound to a [Slippery Feet] skill System. Whenever he slips, he can tackle Messi, or pull off the splits and score a physics-defying screamer.

In his debut at the Camp Nou, he slips and steals the ball from Messi. Then he clears it with a huge split, only for the ball to take a bizarre curve and fly into the net. The world is stunned. The media dub him the “Master of Slapstick,” while opponents call him a “football clown.”

His coach grabs him by the collar and roars, “What the hell kind of tactic is this?!”

Cheng Ran is on the verge of tears. “I swear, I just slipped. Do you believe me?”

From then on, a force of nature sweeps through the world of football.

He slips to win penalties, slips past the entire team, and slips his way to a hat trick. His opponents lose their minds, and the experts question reality.

When he lifts the Ballon d’Or, the whole world demands answers. At last, he comes clean:

“Honestly, I panic every time I slip.”

“Then I realized…”

“As long as I slip fast enough, neither the doubters nor the shots can catch up with me.”
