The Mysterious Path Across the Four Realms

Beneath the Nine Heavens, four realms exist side by side. In the west, the Spirit Mountain Sect honors the Buddha, seeking insight into one’s true nature and salvation for oneself and others. In the southern wastelands, the Myriad Demon Valley cultivates beast forms and bodies, embracing the law of the jungle and the belief that all things possess spirits. In the north, the Demon Abyss Hall cultivates baleful energy and souls, pursuing the utmost in power and following its own will. In the central region, the Qingyun Dao tradition is founded on “cultivation,” upholding the unity of heaven and humanity as it seeks immortality.

Five-year-old Yun Chen grows up in an ordinary town under the jurisdiction of the Qingyun Dao tradition. A strange dream gives him a glimpse of the mysteries of spiritual energy, planting the seed of cultivation in his heart. He doesn’t know that his birth is already tied to secrets shared by all four realms, or that the path of cultivation he chooses will eventually make him key to the upheaval that shakes them all.
