The Possessive Villain Fell for the Stand-In I Created

A sickly, ruthless, sinister villain X a bright, lively, frail young woman [Modern setting / both virgins / transmigrate into a book / yandere / redemption / contrasting personalities / mildly coercive] I, Shen Weixi, have been confined to a hospital room for as long as I can remember, waiting day after day for death. Then one day, after I fell into a coma, I woke up in a healthy body and saw a world I'd never known. I'd transmigrated into a book, right beside its villain, Lu Guixu. He hasn't yet come into his own, but in the future he'll lose the use of his legs, go blind, and be abandoned by everyone. But he hasn't done anything wrong, just like me. So why is nothing but misfortune in store for us? I know how the novel goes, so I appear by his side whenever danger strikes. I throw glass to distract robbers, puncture a car tire to prevent an accident, and even take a poisoned needle for him. I can only stay for a limited time. Back in the hospital room, I open my e-book and find that the completed novel has become an ongoing serial? I, Shen Weixi, have appeared in the novel! But why is the body in the novel suddenly getting nosebleeds? And why is my body in the real world starting to heal? Remember, when spring is warm and the sun shines bright, you and I will meet.------See You When Spring Comes
