Divination in the Human World: Plum Blossom Numerology

Once a celebrated young historian, Lin Zhiyi saw his life hit rock bottom after an academic scandal. Disillusioned, he returned to his small hometown. But while helping his grandmother sort through old belongings, he stumbled upon a nearly forgotten manuscript on Plum Blossom Numerology, left behind by his great-great-grandfather. Drawing on his deep knowledge of history, he gradually deciphered this ancient art of observing things and discerning their symbols.

Thus began an unexpected journey: finding his best friend’s missing cat, helping a tea merchant overcome a business crisis, guiding a bewildered career professional, and giving a desperate mother a glimmer of hope... His accurate readings soon earned him the nickname "Little Immortal." Amid romantic entanglements, attempts by the powerful to recruit him, and the watchful eyes of old enemies, he remained true to his original principle: "Never cast a hexagram carelessly, and never pass on the art of change lightly." In the end, in a humble little teahouse, he used the simplest principles of the I Ching to become a modern guardian of the city.
