System Setup: Journey to the West Cause-and-Effect Simulator
Feature 1: Life Simulator. It can simulate the futures resulting from different choices, making it essential for avoiding risks and uncovering conspiracies in the early stages.
Feature 2: Cause-and-Effect Shop. Changing the plot or obtaining key figures’ “leverage” (such as Kui Mulang’s secret affair) earns Cause-and-Effect Points, which can be exchanged for special skills and items from the Myriad Worlds (such as the complete guide to rhetorical tactics from Empresses in the Palace and game theory from In the Name of the People).
Restriction: Cultivation cannot be exchanged directly. Only “knowledge,” “skills,” and “special items” are available. Wukong’s own cultivation and scheming must remain the core of his growth, preventing the power scaling from spiraling out of control.
