After awakening, Yin Xinyue discovers that she is a cannon-fodder female supporting character.

In the original story, she clings desperately to the Buddha Lord and marries him, only to be cast aside when his “moonlight in his heart” appears. She dies a miserable death on a snowy night.

In this life, when Zhang Qishan comes to her door to break off their engagement, she pulls out a bundle of explosives and shoots back, “A marriage contract? Your family’s ancestral tomb is more exciting. I’ll blow it up and show you!”

From then on, the tomb-raiding world gains a wild force of nature.

Others rely on feng shui to explore tombs. She relies on C4 explosives.

Others hunt for treasure. She blasts her way into the main burial chamber just to take photos and check in.

The entire Old Nine Gates is dumbfounded: How is this woman even more vicious than a tomb zombie?!

Zhang Qishan thought he had married himself a handful, but then he discovers:

She flattens the schemes he lays with a barrage of cannon fire.

She sends his enemies packing with bombs.

Even his mysterious and powerful nemesis gets blasted into becoming her devoted admirer, chasing after her every day and calling, “Big Sister Xinyue, look at me!”

At last, the usually cold-faced Buddha Lord can take no more. He corners her in front of the Bronze Gate, his tone dangerous. “Yin Xinyue, who are you, exactly?”

She blinks, pulls a bundle of state-of-the-art explosives from behind her back, and smiles brightly. “The one you love, and the founder of the tomb-raiding world’s explosive school. Want an autograph? A personalized one?”

Later, a saying spreads through the Nine Gates: The Buddha Lord handles the bold moves, Madam handles the explosions, and we handle shouting, “666!” Oh, right, we’re also responsible for going in and picking up the loot after they blow up the tomb.
