I Became a Three-Year-Old, and Made It Big by Foraging in the Mountains

[Period setting + adorable child + pocket dimension + beloved by the whole family + farming + feel-good power fantasy]

Gu Mianmian, a modern-day botanical genius, opened her eyes to find she'd become a three-year-old toddler in the 1970s!

Her family had nothing, her honest parents were bullied, awful relatives showed up every day to freeload, and she had an older sister who was sickly.

Gu Mianmian set her little face in a determined frown. “Don't panic. This is no big deal!”

With a pocket dimension and the ability to understand plants and animals, she plunged straight into the mountains.

“Mianmian, there's a hundred-year-old lingzhi under that rotten log up ahead!”

“Mianmian, come quick! These sweet potatoes are huge and delicious!”

“Mianmian, there's a wild ginseng in the crack on the left!”

While other families were still worrying about having to eat bran and wild greens, the Gu family was already secretly eating meat.

When awful relatives came to steal their ginseng, Gu Mianmian hugged the village's fiercest wolfdog and said in her baby voice, “Anyone who touches my family's ginseng will get their butt bitten by Dahei!”

From then on, Gu Mianmian led her family on mountain expeditions to find treasures, grow crops and get rich, open workshops, and build factories. Before they knew it, they were the richest family in the village, and everyone in the family spoiled her rotten!
