The Beast-Subduing Emperor

A new work is here! Feel free to check it out and leave comments or corrections. The story takes place in the vast, mysterious world of the Nine Provinces of Huaxia in another realm. Qin Hao, young lord of the Qin Clan in Qingzhou, on the eastern frontier of Donghuang, suffered bloodline damage as a child after an attack by evil spirits. Branded a “good-for-nothing,” he was looked down on by his family and everyone else. But an accident awakens the ancestral Beast-Suppressing Cauldron, which contains the remnant soul of an ancient beast tamer and the Myriad Beasts Spirit-Communion Art. It not only restores his bloodline but also lets him communicate with spirit beasts, though unlocking its powers requires vital essence and spiritual treasures. Evil spirits from beyond the realm seek to invade the Nine Provinces, posing a grave threat to Qin Hao’s efforts to protect the dynasty and its lands. He must face a vast gap in strength as he challenges the spirits’ leaders and their lord, while also wrestling with a difficult choice on the path to power: grow stronger quickly by drawing on the evil spirits’ power, or hold fast to his principles of protection. Some members of his clan ostracize him, believing he has colluded with the spirits, and some even betray and exploit him, plunging him into a crisis of trust. Meanwhile, the invasion threatens the very survival of the people, and he must stop the spirits from breaking through their seal before time runs out. Through sheer determination, Qin Hao forms contracts with spirit beasts such as the Mysterious Wind Leopard and the Flamefeather Sparrow, grows stronger, and makes those who once looked down on him eat their words. Later, he is summoned to the imperial capital and appointed Grand Director of Beast Taming. He allies with the Azure Cloud Sect to investigate the evil spirits. As he continues to grow, he forms an alliance with the Bili Tribe of Nanze, contracts with even more powerful beasts, and breaks through to higher realms. Each victory over the spirits comes at the terrible cost of losing companions, but he never abandons his beliefs. At last, when the evil spirits’ lord invades, Qin Hao takes command of the Nine Provinces’ allied forces, unlocks the Beast-Suppressing Cauldron’s complete legacy, breaks through to the Great Emperor realm, and slays the invaders’ lord. With the outside threat purged, he is honored as the Beast-Suppressing Great Emperor.
