You Fix Appliances, Yet You Build Nuclear Fusion Instead?

Abroad, he was known by the codename Prometheus, the leader of a team of mad scientists who made the world tremble.

Now he's disbanded the team and returned home with technology fifty years ahead of the world and a fortune beyond measure. All he wants is to open a little shop and live a laid-back life, fixing appliances and teasing his childhood sweetheart.

But troublemakers keep showing up at his door!

“You're just some appliance repairman. What makes you think you can play the hero?”

Chen Fan sighs helplessly and quietly pulls out one of his inventions.

While other companies are still worrying about battery life, his power bank is already a miniature nuclear fusion reactor.

While superpowers are still showing off their fifth-generation fighter jets, his delivery drones have already broken the sound barrier three times over.

While the world's billionaires are still competing over yachts, the fishing boat he casually built can dive to the bottom of the Mariana Trench.

Faced with the shock and admiration of global bigwigs, Chen Fan spreads his hands.

“Stop coming to me! I'm really no big shot. I'm just a repairman who wants to live an ordinary life!”
