Great Qin: Godlike Fusu Charges into Xianyang from the Start

Zhao Fu transmigrates into the body of Fusu and is banished by Emperor Qin Shi Huang to Shang Commandery for speaking out too frankly. Faced with a court dominated by Li Si’s power plays and Zhao Gao’s flattery, he knows that the so-called benevolent crown prince is nothing but a noose laid out for his political enemies to use. So he starts playing the fool. In Xianyang’s eyes, Prince Fusu has long since been worn down by the frontier winds and sand, becoming a wastrel who spends his days drinking and carousing with the soldiers. They are delighted to see it, never realizing that this is his perfect disguise. In secret, he and Meng Tian have already secured the loyalty of all three hundred thousand troops. They are just waiting for the right moment. In the thirty-seventh year of the First Emperor’s reign, the Xiongnu cavalry raid the borders. Xianyang waits to laugh at him for staying on the defensive and calling for help. But he has already led his elite troops on a thousand-mile raid, striking straight at the royal encampment with the force of a thunderbolt! When he returns after completely wiping out the threat in the north, carrying the chanyu’s head, a forged edict from Sand Hill ordering him to take his own life arrives at just the right moment. Looking at the three hundred thousand elite Qin soldiers behind him, who answer to him alone, he smiles. The edict goes up in flames. Before the assembled army, he gives a single order: “Purge the emperor’s enemies and march back to Xianyang!”
