D-Day: Triple Agent

Synopsis of Normandy Landings: Three Shadows of Espionage

In 1941, as the flames of World War II swept across Europe, the Normandy landings became the key to turning the tide for the Allies. Three covert fronts, three spies bound by intertwined fates, stake their lives on a secret mission aimed at the dawn.

Inside Berlin's V-2 missile factory, Chinese engineer Lin Yan assumes the identity of an Allied intelligence agent, infiltrating the heart of the German weapons program. He must steal missile blueprints and defense plans while concealing his identity in a factory crawling with surveillance. His secret affection for Irene, the security chief's daughter, makes his mission even more perilous. At MI6 in London, Nazi agent Anna poses as a British translator, but is actually a key member of the anti-war group known as the Nightingale. Walking the line between loyalty and conscience, she feeds false intelligence to the Germans while passing crucial plans to the Allies, with the risk of exposure never far away. In Zurich, Switzerland, Jewish bank clerk Ella uses her job as a cover to serve as an intelligence intermediary and protector of refugees. Carrying fragments of a key, she travels between neutral territory and the battle zones, coordinating intelligence between three parties while protecting a Jewish orphan who holds a secret. Hunted by both German and Allied forces, she fights to survive against impossible odds.

The three fronts span Germany, Britain, and Switzerland, with time moving forward in parallel amid the shellfire. Intelligence is covertly connected through encrypted frequencies, mechanical gears, and a silver brooch. Though the three appear to have nothing in common, they are bound together by the ultimate goal of the Normandy landings. From midnight infiltrations of the factory and codebreaking at MI6 to intelligence exchanges beneath snowy mountains and desperate prison rescues, they face exposed identities, traitors on their trail, and faltering convictions in a web of dangers.
