My Ridiculous Daily Life, Watched by the Ancients on the Sky Screen

Zhou Fan, a goofy young man, is forcibly bound to the “Sky Screen System.” His chaotic college life begins playing on repeat across the great dynasties of ancient China.

During PE, he struggles to survive an 800-meter fitness test. Watching from beyond the sky screen, Qin Shi Huang furrows his brow. “Are men of later generations really this frail?”

In the library, he taps his “phone,” with countless books at his fingertips. Emperor Wu of Han is so envious he slams the table, vowing to find such a “heavenly book of treasures.”

In class, he gets into a heated debate with a female classmate, both of them red-faced and speaking without restraint. Tang Taizong, Li Shimin, stares in astonishment and mutters, “Men and women studying together... Is that really allowed?”

Then comes club recruitment day. To promote the anime club, Zhou Fan puts on a ridiculous mascot costume and prances around the plaza, acting cute and handing out flyers with a group of girls.

Watching these oddly dressed men and women mingling without a care on the sky screen,

the emperors of every dynasty finally lose their patience and let out a collective roar across time: “Utterly outrageous! Have you no sense of propriety?”
