Ghost Blows Out the Light Collection

The red mark on the back of Hu Bayi’s neck suddenly began to burn, shattering the three years of peace he, Wang Pangzi, and Shirley Yang had enjoyed. The Muchen Pearl had not completely lifted the curse of the Ghost Cave, only suppressed it temporarily. Among her father’s belongings, Shirley Yang discovered a yellowed sheet of sheepskin and an ancient text that revealed the truth: the Muchen Pearl was merely a key. To end the curse, they had to find the Eye of the Abyss at the ruins of Gelezhongcheng in the Kunlun Mountains.

The three set out on a perilous journey through the Kunlun Mountains. The ice silkworms in Ghost Cry Valley concealed poisonous tentacles, snow monsters roared through Ice Corpse Ridge in search of victims, and a city buried by an avalanche could be glimpsed beneath the ice. Every step brought them to the edge of life and death. The red mark on their necks was like a death warrant, and its burning grew more intense the closer they came to the ruins. After breaking through the snow monsters’ encirclement and pushing open the temple doors carved with eye-like patterns, they discovered that the secret of the Eye of the Abyss was far beyond anything they had imagined: it was both the source of the curse and their only hope of salvation.

With traps sealed away for a thousand years and guardian beasts lurking all around, the three relied on the wisdom and teamwork of the tomb raiders to proceed one careful step at a time. This race against the curse was not only a matter of life and death, but also held the truth behind the disappearance of the Ghost Cave tribe. In the depths of the snow-covered ancient city, could they seize the Eye of the Abyss and make the red marks disappear for good?
