On her third day as an intern, Lin Xiaoxing precisely “attacked” Shengshi Group CEO Gu Yanzhi’s limited-edition leather shoes with a cup of hot soy milk. Thus began a bittersweet life under the “special attention” of a domineering CEO. Gu Yanzhi, the “Icy King of Hell” who struck fear into the business world, inexplicably held a grudge against this clumsy intern. He made her follow a custom “apology package”: deliver soy milk and coffee every morning and evening, organize files late into the night, and find all sorts of ways to make her “reflect on her mistakes.” Yet when Lin Xiaoxing worked late into the night, warm cookies would appear on her desk. When she got caught in the rain without an umbrella, a cedar-scented suit jacket would land over her head. The comical entanglement that began with soy milk splashing onto a shoe gradually reveals the childish yet gentle side of the icy CEO. Lin Xiaoxing also discovers that behind his grudge lies a secret affection. Watch as a clumsy intern “tames” a childish CEO and unlocks a sweet everyday life full of warmth.
