You Were Told to Slack Off, So Why Does Your Whole Family Have Eight Wondrous Skills?

[Lighthearted + Overactive Misinterpretations + Mentorship + Behind-the-Scenes]

Gu Changsheng just wants to quietly train a few disciples in this dangerous world of extraordinary people, complete his System tasks, and keep a low profile.

But every disciple he takes on has an even wilder imagination than the last!

He sends his eldest disciple to deliver a package, and the disciple assumes it is a “token of allegiance,” then casually wipes out one of Quanzhen’s branches!

He asks his second disciple to check the weather, and the disciple thinks it is “enlightenment,” immediately comprehending the “Wind Queen’s Strange Gates” and startling the passing Daoist Wang Ye so much that he casts a divination on the spot!

He tells his third disciple to fix a tractor, and the disciple thinks it is “artifact forging.” Thanks to his [Divine Mechanism, Hundred Refinements] destiny, he actually builds a giant robot!

The disciples, their faces full of admiration: “As expected of our venerable master, he has foreseen everything! Every ordinary gesture of his contains the supreme principles of heaven and earth!”

Na Du Tong, frantically taking notes: “The target appears to be carrying out some kind of earth-shattering scheme! Threat level raised to maximum!”

The Celestial Master, gazing from afar: “This young man is unfathomable...”

Looking at the [Turning Misfortune into Fortune] destiny he has just drawn on the System panel, Gu Changsheng is on the verge of tears:

“I really just want to be an ordinary person! If you keep imagining things, even the Ten Elders will be inviting me for tea!”
