GB: Falling in Love at First Sight with a Handsome Gentleman

(Girl pursues boy + historical romance + daily life + love at first sight) A spirited, fearless Grand Princess who protects her country and a gentle, handsome village schoolteacher Xiao Zhiyue went into seclusion in a village to enjoy her retirement, only to fall in love at first sight with the handsome schoolteacher there. Xiao Zhiyue: “Oh no! This is what falling in love feels like.” (Her heart goes pit-a-pat.) And so began her long (not really) quest to win him over. “Fancy seeing you here, Mr. Shen.” “Mr. Shen, have this rabbit.” “Mr. Shen, do you like me?” “Mr. Shen, be good and wait for me to come back...” A young woman recently arrived in our village. She is radiant, spirited, and graceful... Today was the first time I saw her. I seem to have watched her for a long while. Will she think me rude for staring like that? Today she said she likes me!!! How should I answer? Countless possible replies circled through my mind. Afraid of being too forward with such a precious confession, I finally managed only: “I have feelings for you too.”
