A Woman Transmigrates as a Man and Becomes a Spoiled Young Master: Wife, Stop Staring at Me

The sound of stones tumbling down the mountainside had barely faded when Shen Xingmian felt the world spin. A sense of weightlessness swallowed her in an instant. When she opened her eyes again, soft brocade covers rested against her skin, and a delicate sandalwood scent filled her nostrils, completely unlike the smell of grass and trees in the mountains.

“Young master, you’re finally awake!” a maid cried out in delight. Shen Xingmian instinctively answered, only to go rigid at the clear male voice that came from her mouth. That wasn’t her voice! She looked down in shock. An unfamiliar broad-shouldered figure was draped in a plain brocade robe, and when she raised her hands, she saw a pair of distinctly masculine hands with long, slender fingers.

She staggered to a bronze mirror and sucked in a breath. The man reflected there had sharp brows, bright eyes, and a refined, scholarly air. He was a handsome young gentleman. “I transmigrated? And I’m a man now?” Amid the confusion, memories of the original owner flooded in. Shen Xingmian, the only son of the Shen family, had been spoiled into a wastrel as soon as he came of age. He spent his days eating, drinking, and having fun, and he even had a wife and a concubine!

“Husband!” Two female voices rang out. The door swung open. The lawful wife wore a pink silk dress, her eyes so tender they seemed ready to brim with tears. The concubine wore a dark green fitted outfit, standing tall with an air of dominance. They approached from either side, their eyes full of concern.

Shen Xingmian stumbled backward, waving both hands wildly. “Don’t come any closer!” The gentle wife stopped, her eyes growing misty. “Husband, do you hate us?” The domineering concubine furrowed her brow, worry in her voice. “Why are you acting so strange after being unconscious?”

Looking at the two wives with such different personalities and remembering that she had been a female college student, Shen Xingmian wanted to cry. It was bad enough to transmigrate into the body of a wastrel, but now she had to deal with two clingy wives from the start. How was she supposed to live like this?
