[Infinite Flow] [Mystery and Mind Games] [Mentally Ill Protagonist]
In Shenzhou Psychiatric Hospital, surrounded by high walls and surveillance cameras, Gu Linyuan is its most unusual patient. His logic is impeccable, yet he insists that the parasol tree is his close friend and is convinced that the new doctor, Shen Qingci, is deeply in love with him. His medical records are filled with terms like "delusions," "dissociation," and "erotomania", until the day the entire hospital is pulled into an Infinite Flow world called "Guixu."
The Ghost King descends, and the players tremble. Only Gu Linyuan steps forward, affectionately drapes an arm around the terrifying Ghost King's shoulders, and whispers:
"My girlfriend's angry. Lend me your head so I can cheer her up."
The next second, the arrogant Ghost King's head turns into dazzling fireworks in his hands.
[Perception overrides reality. Judgment passed.]
Only then do they all realize that Gu Linyuan's "illnesses" are the only divine oracle in this crumbling world.
His paranoia is the strongest form of precognitive defense;
His multiple personalities are masks of divinity he can switch between at will;
His erotomania can forcibly warp cause and effect, compelling Shen Qingci, whom he has "chosen," to come to his aid in desperate circumstances.
This is a dance between the utmost rationality and the utmost madness. Together, they will uncover the truth behind the sleeping "Mother of Perception" and define what is real.
