Reborn: I’ll Reform the Demon King

Yunlan Immortal Venerable is reborn, only to face his disciple Mo Yuan, a future Demon King destined to bathe the Three Realms in blood. At last, he sees the light: this time, he won't teach him immortal arts. He'll just urge him to turn over a new leaf! He tosses young Mo Yuan into the spirit beast garden, stuffs him with volumes of moral teachings, and vows to raise a humble servant who is "good in every way."

Who knew that his Demon King disciple would be even more enthusiastic than he was? Mo Yuan does good deeds every day, earns a glowing reputation, and becomes the sect's paragon of virtue. Yunlan digs pits with all his might, while Mo Yuan expertly fills them in. Master and disciple compete to outdo each other on the road between "encouraging goodness" and "hypocrisy," working themselves to the bone.

Then Yunlan makes a horrifying discovery: beneath Mo Yuan's kind facade lies a gaze that sees through everything. And high above the nine heavens, the cold Heavenly Dao System regards their struggle as a virus and unleashes a "cleanup program"...

When the truth of the Reincarnation Hall is revealed and records of a thousand failures come to light, Yunlan finally understands. Truly turning over a new leaf doesn't mean taming the Demon King. It means joining forces with him to bring down the System controlling their fate!

And so, Buddha and demon unite, and the "Cause of Transcendence" appears. A final rebellion against rules, for freedom and redemption, begins with a bang.
