The State of Wei was destroyed by the State of Qi. Princess Jia Wanning fled under the protection of her guard, Fan Ning. Along the way, a mysterious young master came to their aid and gave them a token of the Pure Lotus Terrace. When they reached the Pure Lotus Terrace, an old man who swept the grounds offered them guidance: they needed to find the “Chosen One” on the shores of the North Sea. The two headed to the North Sea, where they accidentally landed on an amnesiac youth named Chen Yufan. They brought him back to the Pure Lotus Terrace and discovered that he had no cultivation level, yet possessed innate strength. Under the old man’s guidance, the three trained for a year, each mastering one of the following: the Longevity Art, the Seven Star Sword Art, and the Mountain-Shaking Fist Manual. Armed with equipment and a pouch of instructions given to them by the old man, they set off for the Chaotic Star Plains to train... Their first journey of cultivation begins!
