Escape: The Night Before the Twelve Gold Medals

Is knowing the ending a blessing or a curse?

Luo Bicheng transmigrates to the side of Yue Fei, but feels no joy at all. The great victory at Yancheng sends the army into celebration, yet a chill runs through him from head to toe. He knows that twelve golden death warrants are already on their way, and the Yue Family Army is about to face utter ruin!

He tries to turn the tide, but his advice falls on deaf ears. Yue Fei will not listen, and Yue Yun accuses him of undermining morale. In despair, he steals a horse and flees south, hoping only to survive this historical tragedy.

But after escaping death and crossing the Yangtze, he witnesses something even more chilling: the first golden warrant arrives earlier than he had foreseen!

The wheel of history is rolling toward the abyss at unprecedented speed. When warnings go unheeded and loyalty is powerless, how can one lowly time traveler find a way to survive a foregone dead end, or even… pry open a tiny crack in the course of history?

This is a mad race against fate. He cannot change the ending, but perhaps he can change what comes after it.
