Three Kingdoms: Zhuge Is Asking for Trouble, Making the Scholars Weep from the Start

Guan Yu is socially anxious, Zhang Fei embroiders, and Zhao Yun is shy. Add an anxious Kongming to the mix, and what kind of Three Kingdoms have I transmigrated into?

I, Zhu Gejun, was worth billions, but now I’ve become Zhuge Liang’s younger brother, Zhuge Jun. From the start, I was bound to the [Loyal and Righteous Zhuge System], which told me that if I died serving the Han imperial house, I could return to the modern world, hug my son, and enjoy a life of wealth!

How hard could that be? I immediately embarked on a campaign of reckless self-destruction.

I provoked the powerful clans, hoping to get beaten and thrown out, but accidentally uncovered a military weapons smuggling case and was hailed as a genius by Zhang Fei.

I volunteered to go on a diplomatic mission to Jiangdong, punched Zhang Zhao, mouthed off to Sun Quan, and even insulted his mother. All I wanted was a swift death...

Instead, Sun Quan spat up three pints of blood, then turned around and signed an alliance agreement.

I kept losing battles, yet my official rank kept rising. My second brother Zhuge Liang, who loves writing secret strategy pouches, is as steady as a rock in public, but behind closed doors he clutches my sleeve and cries, “Jun, I’m so anxious! Help me check the plan for loopholes again, and prepare a few more strategy pouches!”

Looking into his big, trusting eyes, I said confidently, “Don’t worry, Second Brother. I’ve got this!”

Wait! Wasn’t I supposed to die recklessly and go home? How did I accidentally become Shu Han’s greatest lucky general, forced to shoulder the mission of restoring the Han dynasty?
