Wuthering Waves: Infinite Rewinds, I Am the Lock That Quells the Lament

I, Si Zuo, am a transmigrator and a time reverter. Every time I go back, I return to just before tragedy and disaster strike. To prevent those tragedies from happening again, he chooses to sacrifice himself, all to create a better future. The first time he went back, he became an old man and met Phrolova, who had just survived a natural disaster. This was a Phrolova who had never joined the Fractsidus and had never slaughtered innocent people. To keep her from taking that cruel path, Si Zuo guided her toward the right one. He gave her a violin, made her an eyepatch, taught her about Resonance, and found her a theater... "I came to look after you, a flower born from the ruins." "I left because you had gained the strength to weather the storms on your own." "Phrolova, you deserve every beautiful thing in this world." The second time, the third time, the fourth time... Again and again, he went back, changed things, and said goodbye. [Time reverter, Lament cannot be destroyed. It will endure in this world, endlessly repeating.] "It may not be destroyed, but it can still be sealed. I will become the lock and suppress Lament." [They are the source of all the world's suffering. To seal Lament means bearing the pain of the entire world.] "Someone has to bear it all, don't they?" [But...] "It's all right. This is the optimal solution."
