The Abyss of the Mirror Realm: Creation Log

When an entire civilization is built on lies, uncovering the truth is the spark that sets the apocalypse ablaze.

In the twenty-second century, New Abyss City, a vertical metropolis controlled by the mega-corporation Omega Matrix, is both heaven and hell. Above the clouds, streams of data form an eternal paradise. Below, an incurable technological disease called Rust Fever corrodes the flesh and will of those who have undergone excessive modification.

Lin Xingche, an orphan from an abandoned clinic who can “feel” the emotions in data, accidentally intercepts a fragment of the fabled Genesis Log, said to be capable of toppling the Matrix. He is forced to embark on a path of no return with three companions bound to him by fate:

Bai Ye, an elite soldier who defected, uses his bloodstained mechanical arm to fight a way out for them all.

Liuli, a brilliant young hacker, carves the only opening to the truth within the illusory Mirror Realm.

Luo Yin, an artisan of the Mechanical Divine Church, forges the strongest shield for hope with a devout heart.

From the ruins of the lower city to the depths of the network, from data fortresses to the front lines of war… Their resistance grows from a tiny spark into a prairie fire. Yet when they finally reach the core truth of the log, they discover that a simple victory is not what awaits them

If they delete the old gods, will civilization collapse with them? Does saving the world mean becoming a new god?

At the border between the Mirror Realm and the abyss, the choices of four souls will determine whether humanity sinks into eternal silence or awakens as a constellation roaming the sea of stars.

This is a near-future cyber science-fiction epic about betrayal and protection, lies and truth, sacrifice and legacy.
